(Please accept our
apology if you have donated but were unintentionally not listed.)
However, 75% of our residents have not donated to this campaign. This is
a project that will benefit everyone in Brookstone. Our existing technology
is old and needs to be brought up to current standards. This will be an
overhaul of our entire security system to include day and night license plate
readers at all three entrances. Because of its distance from the pool house
server, the Mobley Road entrance requires its own self sufficient internet
source. This is a significantly larger expense than the Bradley Park
entrances. If you have not yet supported this campaign, please consider
contributing today.
Brookstone homes continue to offer incredible value. Recently, a home on
Brookstone Boulevard sold for $449,900 after being purchased four years
earlier for $364,900. That $85,000 increase equates to a 23%
appreciation. Brookstone homes maintain value, but we risk losing value if
we don’t commit to investing in our neighborhood.
